Welcome to the Korea International Development Cooperation Center (KIDC).  

In response to global challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, and inclusive growth, the landscape of international development cooperation is rapidly evolving. Official Development Assistance (ODA) is increasingly focused on strengthening partner countries’ capacity for self-reliant development and delivering sustainable and measurable results, rather than providing financial support alone.

Since its establishment in 2010, the Korea International Development Cooperation Center (KIDC) has served as a specialized ODA implementing organization, contributing to the effective delivery of Korea’s grant aid in partner countries. Building on people-centered exchange programs—including training programs, youth internship initiatives, and overseas volunteer programs—KIDC has steadily expanded its portfolio to include Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects, ODA education, project implementation and performance management, project evaluation, and consulting services for CTS, IBS, and other public-sector competitive ODA programs.

Drawing on extensive implementation experience, sector-specific expertise, and a robust global network, KIDC supports partner countries through tailored, end-to-end development cooperation services aligned with their development priorities. Through the establishment of transparent and systematic project cycle management (PCM) frameworks covering project identification, formulation, implementation, and evaluation, KIDC contributes to enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and accountability of Korea’s ODA.

Moving forward, KIDC will continue to support Korea’s development cooperation by proactively addressing emerging priorities, including climate change response, digital cooperation, and the strengthening of Results-Based Management (RBM). With a firm commitment to performance and innovation, KIDC strives to be a trusted development cooperation partner and to advance mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to sustainable development in partner countries.
